What to include in a support request
Describe the task you were trying to complete, the page or feature involved, and what happened instead. Include the account's business name and sign-in phone number, but do not send passwords, one-time passwords, full patient records, or payment credentials. A screenshot can help with a display problem. Remove unrelated patient or business information before attaching it.
Privacy and data requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with a MedLens account, email contact@medlens.in from an address connected with the business and state the request clearly. MedLens may need to verify that the requester is authorized to act for the account before making changes. Legal retention duties may apply to some pharmacy and tax records.
